Members of the group
At present, Trigema group is represented by nearly twenty companies organized into a holding structure with a capital of 454.8 million CZK. The parent company Trigema a.s. provides group-wide central accounting, human resources, and controlling and marketing. Individual companies are focused on development, construction, facility management, and on tourism and science and research. The Trigema system is based on the mutual co-operation of these companies.
Development activities are carried out by Trigema Development. Construction is performed by Trigema Building. Trigema Facility is focused on property management and facility management. In the field of tourism, it operates the Academic Hotel and Congress Centre in Roztoky and the Monínec Company, which operates the Monínec Sportrelax Center. VTP Roztoky operates the science and technology park. Members of the group also consist of other companies established specifically for individual projects.
