In 2007 Trigema entered the conference and tourism business. It built and operates the Academic Hotel and Congress Centre in Roztoky and also renovated and modernized the sports complex at Monínci, which it is the majority owner of.

It currently operates two enterprises: Hotel Academic and Monínec Sportrelax Center.
