Clever Living is a set of coordinated benefits. Living is not just about having an apartment, but also where our home is located and its connection to the surrounding areas. Only those people who have a sufficient number of shops and other services and simple transport connections in all important directions within walking distance, will be satsified. Clever Living enables all this.
The locations where Smart Living buildings are built are not isolated. They are not situated somewhere outside town “in the middle of a field”, or conversely somewhere were you can’t even find somewhere to park because there is no space. We build everywhere where there are developed public amenities and transport infrastructure. You will find schools, health centres, authorities, post offices and restaurants, coffee shops and shops near Smart Living projects.
And we also take green areas into consideration, which is why we make sure that you can comfortably walk to a woodland park, wood or at least a municipal park from your home. Green areas are sometimes also a direct element of some Clever Living projects.
We also offer lease, mainly to the type of operator and entrepreneur there are not enough of in the surrounding area, if there are also limited commercial areas included in residential projects. This may even mean a photo gallery, as proven by the SMART project in Nové Butovice.
Everyday you need to get to work, go shopping, to various personal meetings or to enjoy cultural and sports activities, quickly and comfortably. Smart Living projects lie within reach of buses and various metro lines, which means that you can travel from here to the centre of the city or to its perimeter within tens of minutes.
