About pproject LIVING BRÂNÍK

 

Living Brâník is a new residential complex opposite Branické náměstí [Braník Square], where almost 140 new apartments and 15 terraced family homes will be constructed by the end of the year 2021. Apart from the residential buildings, the complex will also include a private courtyard, quality greenery, relaxation zones, children's playgrounds, and other civic amenities in several commercial spaces. Another significant advantage is sufficient parking spaces for both inhabitants of the complex and non-residents. The new owners of the apartments and houses will also appreciate the superior fixtures, e.g. underfloor heating, heat recovery and preparation for intelligent home control.
