The Trigema Company issued a second series of bonds by means of its corporate bond programme after an interval of one year. Within the terms of this public offer, which took place in November and December last year, it offered a five-year bond series of an estimated volume of 450 million crowns. However, the interest of investors exceeded this volume by twice the amount.

Notification of planned
issue of another series of bonds
Trigema Real Estate Finance a.s. plans to issue another series of bonds at the end of the year, in the total estimated nominal value of approx. CZK 400 million, with the option of increasing this amount by up to 50% with a five-year maturity period. This will follow onto the previously issued series from the bond programme, during which three-year bonds with a variable yield were issued in one month between December 2017 and January 2018, in the total nominal value of CZK 450 million. Similarly to the previously issued series, the resulting funds will be used to finance mostly residential apartment development, an activity that the Trigema Group has been engaged in for over 20 years.

regarding issue of bonds by Trigema
After the Trigema developer company announced its plan to establish a corporate bond programme in May this year, the 1st phase of subscription of the issued pilot series ended last week. Over just under two weeks since the offer was launched, investors subscribed bonds worth 407.28 million Crowns as of the date of issue. “The company’s original goal was to issue bonds for 300 million Crowns this year, however, with regard to the investors’ interest, we increased this volume,” says Marcel Soural, chairman of the Board of Directors of the Trigema Company. The funds will be used exclusively to finance the group’s real estate activities.
This concerns three-year bonds with a variable interest yield derived from the 6-month PRIBOR and increased by a margin of 2.95%. The coupon rate for the first yield period is consequently 3.79% p.a. The bonds can be traded on the Prague Stock Exchange. The UniCredit Bank is the manager of the transaction. Trigema plans to issue another series within the terms of the bond programme in the autumn of next year.
TTRIGEMA WILL EXPAND THE OPTIONS FOR INVESTMENT

Trigema will expand the options for investment by planned issue of corporate bonds. The acquired funds will be used mainly for more extensive new projects, particularly for purchase of land without utility connections for future residential development. Trigema plans to issue the first series of bonds, which will be issued in the estimated value of 300 million Crowns, at the turn of this year and next year.
The transaction will be arranged by UniCredit Bank. In a current interview for the Ihned.cz server Trigema’s financial Director Jiří Polanský revealed that this would not be a one-off event. Issue of additional series of bonds is planned. Because this is the first series of bonds the company has issued, it may take several months for the Czech National Bank to approve documentation for investments.
