That’s why we decided to build the new Brâník complex in the magical natural locality of Braník, Prague, which provides both. Housing Brâník is a new residential complex that offers 140 apartments in apartment buildings that have a maximum of 5 floors, and every one of them is equipped with a balcony or a terrace, The unique housing is complemented by 15 terraced family houses, which are suitable mainly for families with children. And because we know that a family needs to grow together without any restrictions, we offer families generous living spaces, as well as large south-facing gardens which offer peace and relaxation from the hustle and bustle of the city.
