Atypical panel house on the housing estate in Ďáblice. Technically demanding construction due to the division of the western facade, which is interrupted by a series of reinforced concrete pilasters. The reconstruction of the roof was also very complicated, as the entire existing formation had to be carried down to the bearing layer. Frequent climbs on the roof structure limited the laying of a greater thickness of the thermal insulator. A big technical problem was the roof slope due to the number and distance of the drain balls.
