Reconstruction of the existing building and extension of the new building, including utilities and outdoor modifications. Realized buildings work with minimal energy consumption, which partly derive from the environment thanks to the use of heat pumps and, on the contrary, produce a minimum of environmental burden. Intensive greenery is designed on the roofs, the external cladding was made of HEBEL thermal insulation panels.
