Development

In the parlance of the construction industry, development is an activity designed to build up a demarcated zone. The task of the developer is to identify a suitable location and prepare a project for it, including financing up until the final phase is complete. As the developer in the group, Trigema Development prepares this work for other members of the group. This activity generates 40% of the group’s turnover.

Trigema Development is focused on all types of projects, from residential and administrative up to commercial spaces. It does not avoid unusual, as yet untested projects, such as science and technology parks and sports facilities.
