TOP TOWER,
Nové Butovice

We know that freedom is sometimes more important than size, a sense of belonging is sometimes more important than privacy, and exceptionality is simply more important than commonness. That’s why we came up with Top Tower, a residential rental housing project bearing the original signature of David Černý, in the form of a shipwreck leaning against a 111 meter high tower.

Type Co-living, offices, retail space and experience function
Number of apartments 250
Location Prague 13, Nové Butovice

Top Tower is a daring project with an independent soul, and one of the first projects in the Czech Republic to build on the western tradition of the coliving concept, i.e. minimalist housing with generous common areas. In a small utility space, you’ll find ingeniously arranged everything you need for a comfortable and carefree life, while the common living areas and kitchens directly encourage residents to meet and get to know each other, share daily joys, and spend free time together.

Over the last 20 years, the Nové Butovice locality has undergone a fundamental transformation, and deserves its own unique dominant feature which will underline the district’s modern atmosphere, make the location’s uniqueness more attractive and, in addition to the original housing itself, also offer a social space where all local residents can meet. In addition to the rental housing and office space, we’re also planning a multifunctional cultural centre connected to a publicly accessible roof garden. On the ground floor and second floor you’ll find shops and businesses, and there will be a 24 hour public underground car park.
