The apartments will expand the hotel's offer by 71 apartments and their owners will be able to use the hotel's diverse range of services - quality gastronomy, a water world with a swimming pool, a sauna world on the roof of the hotel building with a 360° view of the landscape, an infinity pool, or a number of activities that the hotel will offer children - children's playrooms, an animation program, bowling, sports activities, etc.

The apartment buildings, together with the main hotel building, will create a new "Tkalcovské" square, which will offer retail space with the aim of creating a lively public space. The offer for residence owners will also include parking spaces in underground garages, which will be common to the entire complex. The project should enter the 1st stage of construction in 2027 with a planned completion in 2029.
