Trigema acquires the award-winning Perk boutique hotel to incorporate into its investment fund.

21. 04. 2026

Prague, March 30, 2026 – Investment company Trigema, known for developing major Prague projects and new urban districts, has launched sales for the final 40 premium apartments in the concluding JIH (South) phase of the Lihovar Smíchov project, located in close proximity to the newly completed Dvorecký Bridge. The vast majority of units feature 1-bedroom (2+kk) and 2-bedroom (3+kk) layouts, with the highlight of the release being duplex apartments on the 7th and 8th floors. The residential offering is ideal for singles, couples, and families with children. The smaller 1-bedroom (2+kk) units also represent a stable investment opportunity with strong returns.

Prague, April 20, 2026 – Investment company Trigema has expanded its portfolio into the premium hotel segment through the acquisition of the Perk boutique hotel in Šumperk, which it plans to include in its investment fund. The transaction comes at a time when the hotel ranks among the highest-rated in the Czech Republic, having recently earned the prestigious One MICHELIN Key distinction.

The acquisition of Hotel Perk represents a strategic milestone for us. We see strong potential in connecting premium accommodation, exceptional architecture, and an attractive location. This asset type aligns seamlessly with our long-term strategy of combining stable yield-generating real estate with projects offering higher growth potential in development and leisure. We plan to incorporate the hotel into the Trigema Fund structure, stated Marcel Soural, Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Trigema.

A World-Class Hotel Beyond Prague
Last year, Hotel Perk joined the global elite when it was awarded One MICHELIN Key by the Michelin Guide. In the Czech Republic, it is one of only ten hotels to hold this distinction, with just three located outside Prague – and Perk being the sole representative in Moravia.

The Michelin Key is a new accolade for hotels, equivalent to stars for restaurants. It is awarded for exceptional character, quality of service, authenticity, and the ability to offer guests a memorable experience. One MICHELIN Key denotes a hotel that significantly exceeds standard expectations and leaves a lasting impression on its guests.

Architecture, Design, and Local Experience
Hotel Perk underwent a complete renovation from the original Grand building, constructed in 1931 in the Functionalist style. The sensitive restoration, respecting its architectural heritage, was completed after nearly two years of work, and the hotel reopened its doors in June 2023.

Today, it blends elements of period Functionalism with modern interior design created by respected Czech designer Lucie Koldová, which won the Public Interior of the Year award in 2024.

Together with its Perk restaurant, the hotel focuses on local gastronomy, a personalized approach to hospitality, and meticulous attention to detail in both its amenities and guest care.
