The leisure portfolio of the Trigema investment group is expanding to include the Krkonoše ski resort Rokytnice nad Jizerou. Marcel Soural’s investment group, which focuses primarily on residential development in Prague and Pilsen, has acquired a 100% stake from the previous owner, TJ Spartak Rokytnice. Trigema thus gains two four-seater chairlifts and 6 ski lifts in the Horní Domky area, as well as 4 ski lifts in the Studenov area.
The Rokytnice nad Jizerou ski resort offers active recreation for individuals, families with children, and organized tours alike. Both resort areas feature two four-seater chairlifts and 10 ski lifts. Both chairlifts are located in the Horní Domky area. The Lysá hora chairlift rises to an altitude of 1,315 m above sea level. The Horní Domky chairlift operates year-round.
Trigema plans to invest in the development of the ski resort and the entire area over the coming years. The investments aim to enhance the quality of skiing and elevate the standard of guest services.

Trigema brings years of experience in ski resort management—within its leisure portfolio, the group developed and operates the Monínec resort, a year-round tourist destination featuring a hotel, restaurants, an activity park, and family entertainment, as well as the Samoty ski area in Železná Ruda. Additionally, Trigema is constructing a large-scale winery complex in Veselí nad Moravou, located right next to the largest harbor on the Baťa Canal.
