The new multi-storey car park has been designed in response to the insufficient capacity of the existing surface parking area (70 spaces at the site of the new construction) in order to increase the number of available parking spaces. The project includes a total of 173 parking spaces for passenger vehicles, 3 spaces for motorcycles, and 12 bicycle spaces.

The design includes preparation for a photovoltaic system, 17 electric vehicle charging points on the roof of the building, and an access control system. The ceremonial commencement of construction took place on 11 June 2025, attended by the Commercial Director, Tomáš Zavřel.
