At Terminal 1, we completed the construction works on the Bonbon administrative building, newly named Panorama, including the adjacent roof structure of the Terminal 1 arrivals hall. Following the issuance of the occupancy approval at the end of October 2025, the building was handed over for use, and the management of Prague Airport subsequently began moving into the new offices. At the same time, the renovation of the roof structure was also completed.

Both parts of the project were handed over to the satisfaction of the client, followed by the completion of the project documentation, including the BIM model and the provision of additional information required for the operation and maintenance of the building. The project provided us with valuable experience while strengthening our cooperation with a major client such as Prague Airport. We are currently participating in further tenders announced by the client and look forward to continued cooperation.
