In 2025, two separate public contracts were completed for the state-owned enterprise, focusing on the renovation of warehouse buildings in the locations of Polerady and Butoves. The projects, supported by subsidy programmes with a total value of CZK 110 million, primarily aimed to reduce the energy consumption of the buildings and modernize their technical facilities.

The works included the renovation of roof structures, insulation of the buildings, modernization of technical equipment, installation of photovoltaic systems, and modifications to loading ramps and related infrastructure. The projects were completed within the planned timeframe and contributed to increased operational efficiency and energy savings across the warehouse facilities.
