In 2025, Phase I of the construction of the new kindergarten in Prague–Lipence was successfully completed. Since January 2026, the facility has been fully operational, including a catering kitchen with a capacity of up to 300 meals.

Following the ongoing cooperation with the client, Phase II of the project commenced immediately after the demolition of the original kindergarten building. This phase focuses on further expanding the facility's capacity by adding three new classrooms.

The final stage of the project will include comprehensive landscaping works, including the kindergarten garden. Completion of the entire development and commissioning of the full campus are scheduled for December 2026.
