The area of the former Texlen company, where fabrics were previously made, is located on the southern outskirts of Rudník near Trutnov. Here the new investor, MZ Liberec a.s., wanted to start light engineering production and assembly of tripods and ramps for health care. The contract included the reconstruction of the former printing house, the public warehouse, WWTP, part of the adjacent paved areas and the construction of a new gatehouse.
