2017 | Reconstruction of ČSOB Plzeň

Trigema Building completed the reconstruction of the ČSOB branch in Pilsen for approximately CZK 77 million. The premises now look much more friendly than in the past and are much more environmentally friendly. In addition, the lobby area is now dominated by a new café.

Part of the work of the Trigema Building was, among other things, the adjustment of the interior layout, air conditioning, ventilation, lighting and suspended facades. As a result, the carbon footprint of the building has been significantly reduced and energy costs have been significantly reduced overall. Work on the project began this April.
