2016 | Reconstruction of KB České Budějovice
Reconstruction of the bank's interior in a listed building in the city center. The reconstruction also includes restoration work and restoration of the facade of the building.
The listed building, which is the seat of the Komerční banka branch in České Budějovice, underwent a reconstruction, resulting in a renewed appearance of the exterior and interior. The building activities connected with the reconstruction of the building, which is located in the very center of the South Bohemian metropolis in Krajinská Street, were carried out during the operation of the bank branch both during the day and at night. It concerned mainly the replacement of distribution and supply of cooling and water and electric connections. Within the exterior, historical paintings, stone and metal sculptures were repaired and restored, and original stucco plasters were restored. These stucco plasters were also renewed indoors. The investment costs of the project amounted to CZK 25 million.
