The Trigema Group is a developer company with activities overlapping into other fields. We have our own construction company, which has become the foundation of Trigema in its current form. TRIGEMA CLEVER LIVING
New Trigema apartments are built within the scope of the Clever Living concept. This concerns a package of residential project parameters, which fulfil the definition of smart living as a whole. As well as preparation for intelligent systems, additional properties may include green living, emphasis on health and safety, all public amenities within walking distance of the project, a location several steps from public transport and an appropriately set price. At present, Trigema Building a.s. one of the largest subsidiaries of more than fifty companies of the Trigema holding. The company's turnover is over 500 million crowns every year.
2017 | CLEVER LIVING CLB@Letňany
The CLEVER LIVING CLB@Letňany residential building, which started to be built at the end of 2105, was sold out (75 flats) at the same time as the final building approval. It was the first apartment building from the Smart Living concept. In general, it was included in the basic category and was intended primarily for those clients who were looking for affordable housing in a modern, low-energy project.
The CLB@Letňany apartment building is visible from a distance. The upper floors of this 14-storey building overlook both the center of Prague and the Central Bohemian Region. For example, on the top floor there is an apartment with a floor area of 118.8 m2, which is therefore also equipped not only with a superior living room, but also with two terraces. Trigema also offered this space to interested parties through a virtual 3D tour. On the other hand, the smallest apartments have less than 34 m2. The project is in the Smart Housing category, thanks to which it also offers insulating plastic windows with triple glazing and forced ventilation in the form of individual heat recovery. The building is very economical, it is in energy class B.
