The CSV@Řepy apartment building offers 24 units, consisting of 23 apartments and one studio in layouts from 1+kk to 3+kk. It is located in a quiet residential area, from which there is a quick connection by both bus and tram transport. The bus stop is right next to the house. Those who choose a car for transportation can easily get to the Prague ring road, but also to the center of the capital. The sale of apartments was launched in autumn 2017, only after the construction of the project was completely completed.

During the preparation and actual implementation of the project, there was close cooperation with renowned apartment designers from the OOOOX studio, thanks to which the high quality of the individual spaces and equipment of the apartment building is also ensured. And what makes up the interior fittings? Good lighting is ensured thanks to glazed balconies and large French windows. The apartments have wooden floors and wooden boards on the terraces. Each of the users - especially in the winter months - will undoubtedly also appreciate the indoor floor heating.

One of the characteristic features is the use of resistant Corten steel, for example in entrance portals, in elevators or directly in individual apartments. The material, which is enriched with copper and phosphorus, is characterized by a reduced carbon content. Tiles and tiles in the bathrooms are both in the Corten variant and in the form of large-format white or concrete.

Intelligent apartment control, which enables you to control some of the apartment's functions remotely, includes, among other things, the central and time control of lights, appliances, blinds, external blinds or heating of individual rooms. This will achieve, among other things, energy savings of up to several tens of percent.
