With the planned development of Rokytnice nad Jizerou, a new project will be built along the Huťský potok stream in the area of ​​the former SEBA mechanical weaving mill, which will consist of an aparthotel complex and a residential part. The main building of the 5* hotel will be built on the site of the original weaving mill and will offer 138 hotel rooms including a congress hall, restaurants, a water and sauna world.
