Nové Butovice
In the vicinity of the existing eastern vestibule of the Nové Butovice metro station B, we are preparing a project aimed at connecting the immediate vicinity of the station and transforming it into the center of a modern and representative metropolitan district. In addition to the high-rise building with almost 800 units, the new concept will also include multifunctional halls, retail areas and coworking spaces.

There will also be a residential area with sports facilities and a café, as well as a new shopping arcade. A special element of the project will be the FabLab creative center - a laboratory with an educational and creative focus that will support innovation and cooperation across communities. Thanks to a diverse functional composition, we will create a new destination point that will offer an attractive environment for work, relaxation and meetings.
