The issuer of the bonds is Trigema Real Estate Finance a.s., which falls under the real estate subgroup under the umbrella of Trigema Real Estate a.s., which was established as part of the sectoral restructuring of the Trigema a.s. group in 2014.
The issuer's only activity will be the issuance of bonds and the use of funds from them for acquisition financing, refinancing of acquisition expenses, payment and refinancing of project costs within the Guarantor's group - Trigema Real Estate a.s. in the form of interest-bearing loans.
