The boiler plant, engine room and control room, fuel storage silo and annexes to the office building and warehouse were part of the construction of the heating plant. The construction of the boiler room consists of monolithic reinforced concrete walls, lightened columns on higher floors. The cladding is made of trapezoidal steel sheet. The woodchip store was made of prefabricated reinforced concrete columns, its wall is made of wooden palisade walls.
